Slowly getting ready for launch

RICH MEN, DEAD MEN is now up on Amazon for pre-order however, due to me being a ditz, the paperback is now available. I don't mind as I'm looking forward to getting my own copy and it'll help getting some reviews prior to the proper launch.

In the mean time, I'm getting ready to advertise the prequel novella, DEAD MAN RUNNING. There's quite a bit I need to get done, from sorting out the bookfunnel delivery system to setting up mailchimp and all that boring stuff that's so important.

I've also been making graphics to go with the ads and emails.

Finally, I'm going to start writing book 2 today, The Dying Game. Exciting stuff!
